摘要
利用硫酸置换法对游离酸含量为34.52 g/L的实际盐酸废液进行了研究,考察了硫酸浓度、硫酸用量、蒸馏时间、蒸馏压力和蒸馏温度对盐酸酸洗废液再生的影响,确定了硫酸置换法盐酸酸洗废液再生的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明,硫酸置换法盐酸酸洗废液再生的最佳工艺条件为:硫酸浓度为98%,硫酸用量为0.16 mL/2g,蒸馏时间为15 min,蒸馏压力为31.325 kPa,蒸馏温度为78℃。再生盐酸的质量分数达到20%。
Using sulfuric acid displacement method, the regeneration of actual hydrochloric acid pickling waste liquid with free acid content of 34.52 g/L was studied, and the effect of sulfuric acid concentration, sulfuric acid dosage, distillation time and distillation pressure and distillation temperature on the regeneration of hydrochloric acid pickling waste liquor was investigated, the optimum process conditions for the regeneration of hydrochloric acid pickling waste liquor by the sulfuric acid displacement method were determined as follows: the sulfuric acid concentration 98%, the sulfuric acid dosage 0.16 m L/g, the distillation time 15 min, the distillation pressure 31.325 kPa, the distillation temperature 78 ℃.Under the optimum process conditions, the quality fraction of regenerated hydrochloric acid reached 20%.
