摘要
国外某企业采用全湿法流程生产电积铜,配套有硫磺制酸系统生产硫酸自用。由于矿石性质变化,自产矿氧化率大幅降低。企业新建焙烧系统处理硫化矿以适应原料变化,但焙烧烟气无法直接并入现有系统处理。对原有硫磺制酸系统进行改造,实现现有设施的充分利用,确保烟气达标排放的同时节约投资。
A foreign enterprise adopts a whole wet process to produce electro deposited copper supporting sulfuric acid making based on sulphur for self use.Ore oxidation rate dropped dramatically due to ore property changes.A roasting system is built to deal with sulfide ore,but roasting gas cannot be directly incorporated into the existing system.The original sulfuric acid making system must be transformed to make full use of existing facilities,save investment and ensure up-to-standard discharge of flue gas.
