摘要
晋城煤业集团赵庄矿6.3 m厚煤层综放工作面沿空留巷变形剧烈,通过表面位移观测和离层观测,分别得到了煤帮、充填体变形规律和破坏深度,认为充填体大变形的主要原因是初期强度不足,煤帮大变形的主要原因是锚杆支护强度严重不足,并提出了控制对策。应用结果表明:通过对充填体施加对穿钢筋等手段,可以将充填体鼓出量限制在50 mm以内;通过对煤帮采用8.4 m长锚索超前补强和裂隙发育段注浆,可以将煤帮鼓出量限制在100 mm以内,控制效果显著。
        Aiming at the severe deformation problem of thick coal seam along the roadway,the deformation law and damage depth of coal gang and backfill are obtained by surface displacement observation and separation observation. The main reason for the large deformation of the filling body is that the initial strength is insufficient. The main reason for the large deformation is that the strength of the bolt support is seriously insufficient,and a targeted control counter-measures is proposed. The results show that the deformation of the filling body can be limited to less than 50 mm by applying the reinforcing steel to the filling part; the floor heave can be drilled by grouting the 8.4 m long anchor cable reinforcement and crack development section of the roadway wall. The floor heave is limited to 100 mm,and the control effect is remarkable.
