摘要
对6CDW-220型微型采茶机的整体结构、工作原理、主要性能参数及工作部件结构设计等进行分析和介绍。该机是一种以蓄电瓶为动力的微型采茶机,采用小采幅切割器、拨叶轮集叶方式实现茶叶采摘。经试验表明,该机芽叶完整率为89.2%,可制率为95.5%,漏采率为0.41%,生产率为18.8 4kg/h,小时耗电量0.023 k W,较适用于小规模家庭茶场使用。
This paper introduced a tea plucking machine powered by accumulator jar which worked in the way of small sickle and shifting impeller cutter, including the whole structure, operating principle, main performance parameters, design of major working parts structure and so on. The experiments showed that the machine shoots integrity rate was 89.2%, the inhibitory rate was 95.5%, the leakage rate of extraction was 0.41%, the productivity was 18.84 kg/h, power consumption per hour was 0.023 k W. It is suitable for the small scale family tea plantation.
