综放工作面旋转加架开采的应用与研究

摘要
柴里煤矿23下612综放工作面设计为扇形旋转开采的不规则工作面。借鉴以前的旋转开采经验,对工作面转载机与前后部运输机的搭接以及工作面机头段1#~10#支架的布置等进行了较大改进,合理控制好旋转调采幅度并适时进行加架,生产过程中收到了较好效果。该工作面的成功旋转开采,既最大限度地提高了煤炭资源回收率,又积累了一定的旋转开采经验。
        Chaili coal mine,the 612 fully mechanized coal mining face of the lower slice of 23 seam is the irregular working face designed as the sector rotation mining. Drawing on previous experience, the overlap joint between the loader with the front and rear of the machine of working face and 1#~10# support layout of the working face were improved, reasonably control the rotation mining extent and timely add the support, which has received a good effect in the production process. The success of the rotation mining of working face, not only maximized the recovery of coal resources, but also accumulated a certain degree of rotating mining experience.
