永兴矿深部巷道围岩变形特征实测分析

摘要
深部巷道与浅部巷道围岩变形规律和特征具有较大差异。为分析深部巷道围岩变形特征,以永兴矿二水平-960 m水平,埋深约1 000 m的巷道为例,采用实测分析的方法进行研究。分析实测数据得到:围岩的两帮位移量、顶板位移量和底板位移量大约都是在80~85 d后稳定,位移量都稳定时大约在85~105 mm;围岩的位移速度大约在85~105 d后趋于稳定,围岩的位移速度稳定后都降低到0.2 mm/d以下;锚杆和锚索的受力大约在90~100 d后趋于稳定,锚杆受到的载荷大约为13.5 t,锚索受到的载荷约20 t。可以得出永兴矿深部巷道围岩变形大约在掘支后的100 d内围岩位移量、围岩变形速度和围岩应力都趋于稳定。
        There are great differences between deep roadway and shallow roadway surrounding rock deformation law and characteristics. In order to analyze the deformation characteristics of deep roadway surrounding rock, taking the two level-960 m level of Yongxing mine and the roadway with buried depth of about 1 000 m as an example, the study is carried out by the method of measurement and analysis. From the measured data, the two displacement of the surrounding rock, the displacement of the roof and the displacement of the floor are all stable from 80 to 85 days, and the displacement is 85 to 105 mm when the displacement is stable; the displacement velocity of the surrounding rock tends to be stable from 85 to 105 days, and the displacement speed of the surrounding rock is reduced to below0.2 mm/d after the stability of the surrounding rock. The load of anchor and anchor cable will be stable from 90 to 100 days. The load of anchor is about 13.5 t, and the load of anchor cable is about 20 t. It can be concluded that the deformation of deep roadway in Yongxing mine is stable within 100 days after excavation, and the surrounding rock displacement, surrounding rock deformation speed and surrounding rock stress all tend to be stable.
