摘要
选用硅酸锆、长石、方解石和烧滑石等为主要原料,研制锆乳浊釉。从锆乳浊釉的配方组成入手,探讨配方因素及Si/Al比对釉面白度、光泽度的影响。通过5因素4水平的正交实验,进行白度和光泽度综合评分分析,研究出锆乳浊釉的优选配方为:高岭土7%、长石41%、BaCO_3 3%、ZrSiO_4 12%、石英15%、ZnO 7%、烧滑石10%、方解石5%,该乳浊釉的釉面效果最佳,Si/Al比达到9.36,其釉面白度值达到80,光泽度91.5。
Zirconium opaque glaze was prepared, using zirconium silicate, feldspar, calcite and burnt talc as main materials. Effects of the formula and the Si/Al ratio on the whiteness and glossiness were studied. The general evaluation results of whiteness and glossiness were derived through orthogonal experiments on five factors and four levels, and the optimal glaze formula was obtained as follows: kaolin 7%, feldspar 41%, BaCO_3 3%, ZrSiO_4 12%, quartz 15%, ZnO 7%, burnt talc 10%, and calcite 5%. Prepared from that formula, the zirconium opaque glaze has the best quality with Si/Al ratio at 9.36, the whiteness of 80 and the glossiness of 91.5.
