摘要
以锆英石为遮盖剂,工厂现有釉料配方为基础,对釉料配方及其加工工艺进行了改良和优化调整,对高档卫生陶瓷釉料进行了研制。利用激光粒度测试、色差测试和SEM测试分别对原料的粒度及釉面白度、平整度进行了表征。结果表明,锆英石的粒度及添加量均对釉面白度有很大影响,利用其最优值可降低生产成本,添加适量的烧滑石可制备无光釉并提高釉面白度及平整度。
        The glaze formula and processing technology were improved and optimized, the high-grade sanitary ceramic glaze was researched and designed, which were based on the existing glaze formula of the factory using zircon as a cover agent. The granularity of the raw materials and the whiteness and planeness of the glazes were characterized by laser particle size test, color aberration test and SEM test respectively. The results show that the particle size and addition amount of zirconite have great influence on the whiteness of the glaze. The production cost of the glaze can be reduced by the optimal values of the grain size and addition amount of zirconite. The whiteness and planeness of the glaze can be improved by adding moderate amount of calcined talc.
