有关升压物质检查法的修订建议

摘要
本文旨在对《中华人民共和国药典》2015年版四部通则1144升压物质检查法进行规范与完善。以95批缩宫素作为样品进行升压物质检查,依据测定结果,并结合查阅的相关文献,对升压物质检查法提出修订建议。针对升压物质检查法中升压素标准品浓度、升压素标准品低剂量升压范围以及给药体积的选择提出修订建议,将升压物质检查法进行完善。
The aim of this article was to regulate and perfect the test for vasopressor substances,which is included in Chinese pharmacopoeia( 2015 edition) Volume IV. A total of 95 batches of oxytocin were used as samples for vasopressor substances test. According to the determination results and combined with the relevant literature,proposed amendments for vasopressor substances test were made. We will put forward the revision suggestion and improve the test for vasopressor substances for concentration of vasopressin standard,elevation extend of blood pressure to the lower dosage of vasopressin standard and volume of administration.
