机枪胶泥缓冲器动力学仿真分析

摘要
现代机枪普遍采用反后坐装置,机枪反后坐装置实际是一个缓冲器。设计一款新型粘弹性胶泥缓冲器来替代传统弹簧缓冲器,以提高机枪射击精度。在分析胶泥缓冲器后坐阻力构成的基础上,依据内弹道理论,运用Matlab软件进行内弹道计算,得到12.7mm机枪膛底合力的变化曲线。通过ADAMS软件建立虚拟样机模型,并对机枪的后坐复进过程进行动力学仿真分析,得到后坐复进过程中后坐质量运动的位移与时间、速度与时间、后坐阻力与时间之间的关系,并对其进行分析。用机枪射击精度和稳定性进行验证,胶泥缓冲器相比弹簧缓冲器可消耗更多能量,增长后坐行程,且射击精度更高,具有重要研究意义。
        The recoil device is widely used in modern machine-guns.The recoil device of machine-guns is actually a buffer.A new viscoelastic slurry buffer is designed to replace the traditional spring buffer in order to improve the shooting accuracy of machine-guns.In this paper,on basis of analyzing the recoil resistance of Silicon-based elastomer damper,the change curve of a 12.7 mm machine-gun's bore force can be got by using classical interior ballistic theory and Matlab.The virtual prototype model is established by ADAMS,and the dynamic simulation analysis of the counter recoil process of the machine-gun is carried out.The relationship between displacement and time,velocity and time,recoil resistance and time of the recoil mass movement in the counter recoil process is obtained and analyzed.The shooting accuracy and stability of machine-gun are verified.It is proved that the slurry buffer can consume more energy,increase recoil distance and shoot more accurately than the spring buffer,which is of great research significance.
