摘要
根据甘蔗果汁加工业、蔗糖生产以及传统甘蔗售卖行业需要,设计了一种集去皮、切段与榨汁为一体的多功能甘蔗加工装置。该装置主要由主体架、去皮机构、切段机构、升降机构、控制电路以及其他辅助部件组成,并通过控制进给机构,解决了甘蔗难切削等问题。该控制系统以STM32单片机为主控芯片,搭载外围电路可实现简便灵敏操控,并且有效了代替人工去皮操作,既提高了生产效率,又减少了安全事故发生概率,为甘蔗加工企业高效生产奠定了基础。
According to the needs of sugarcane juice processing industry, sugar production and traditional sugarcane sales industry, a multi-functional sugarcane processing device integrating peeling, cutting and juicing is designed. The device is mainly composed of main frame, peeling mechanism and cutting section. The mechanism, the lifting mechanism, the control circuit and other auxiliary components are formed, and the problem of difficult cutting of sugar cane is solved by controlling the feeding mechanism. The control system uses STM32 single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip, and it is equipped with peripheral circuits to realize simple and sensitive control. The device can replace the manual peeling, which not only improves the production efficiency, but also reduces the probability of occurrence of safety accidents, and lays a foundation for efficient production of sugarcane processing enterprises.
