需求式家长课堂在66例重度肺炎患儿中的应用

摘要
目的评价需求式家长课堂在重度肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取重度肺炎住院患儿家长150例分为观察组和对照组,各75例。对照组(有效样本75例)对家长进行常规健康宣教;观察组(有效样本66例)在常规健康宣教的基础上,根据需求,开展需求式家长课堂,比较两组干预前后患儿家长疾病相关知识(疾病发生及预防、婴幼儿喂养、家庭护理)得分及焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)得分。结果干预后观察组患儿家长疾病相关知识水平(78.66±11.30)分高于对照组(69.32±10.03)分,SAS(50.22±1.64)分低于对照组(52.76±3.78)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论需求式家长课堂可明显降低患儿家长的焦虑,提高其对疾病相关知识知晓率。
        Objective To evaluate the effect of the application of the required parent class in children with severe pneumonia,so as to provide a scientific basis for better carrying out health education and improving the knowledge level of parents. Methods By convenience sampling method,150 children with severe pneumonia were selected,and were divided into two groups with 75 cases in each group. The control group(75 effective samples) was given health education for parents; the observation group(66 effective samples) was given on routine health education,and according to the needs of parents,set up parents' classroom. The score of disease related knowledge among parents of children before and after intervention was compared,and the disease related knowledge and self-rating anxiety scale among parents of two groups after intervention were scored. Results The level of disease related knowledge of parents after intervention was higher in the intervention group(78. 66 ± 11. 30),than that of control group(69. 32 ±10. 03); and the SAS(50. 22 ± 1. 64) was lower than that of the control group(52. 76 ± 3. 78). and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Through the demand type parents' classroom can obviously reduce the anxiety of parents and raise the awareness rate of disease related knowledge of parents.
