围术期护理对肺结核患者行肺切除术的影响

摘要
目的探讨围术期护理干预在肺结核肺切除患者群体中的应用价值。方法选取我院44例行肺切除术治疗的肺结核患者作为研究对象,将其随机等分为两组,每组各22例。参照组行常规护理干预,研究组行围术期护理干预,观察、比较两组患者的护理满意度评分指标、睡眠质量评分指标,以及术后持续住院时间指标。结果研究组患者的护理满意度评分为(95.24±1.24)分,高于参照组的(81.04±1.21)分,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=38.443,P <0.05)。研究组患者的睡眠质量评分为(35.25±2.41)分,高于参照组的(23.12±2.42)分,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=16.659,P <0.05)。研究组患者的术后持续住院时间为(22.2±7.9)d,短于参照组的(35.4±18.8)d,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.036,P <0.05)。结论为接受肺切除手术的肺结核患者实施围术期护理干预,能够获取较好结果,能有效改善肺结核肺切除患者的手术结果,优化患者的各项临床指标。
Objective To explore the application value of perioperative nursing intervention in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis resection.Methods 44 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who underwent pneumonectomy in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups, 22 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention. The study group received perioperative nursing intervention. Observation and comparison of two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction score index, sleep quality score index, as well as postoperative hospital stay index. Results The nursing satisfaction score of the study group was(95.24±1.24) points, higher than that of the reference group(81.04±1.21) points. There was a significant difference between the two groups(t=38.443, P<0.05). The sleep quality score of the study group was(35.25±2.41) points, higher than that of the reference group(23.12±2.42) points. There was a significant difference between the two groups(t=16.659, P<0.05). The duration of hospitalization in the study group was(22.2±7.9) days, shorter than that in the reference group(35.4±18.8) days. There was a significant difference between the two groups(t=3.036, P<0.05). Conclusion The perioperative nursing intervention for pulmonary tuberculosis patients receiving lung resection surgery can obtain good results, effectively improve the surgical results of pulmonary tuberculosis patients, and optimize the clinical indicators of patients.
