运用自动弹力线环形混合痔套扎器(RPH-4)治疗环形混合痔的临床研究

摘要
目的探究将运用自动弹力线环形混合痔套扎器(RPH-4)应用于治疗环形混合痔中的效果,评价其临床应用意义。方法回顾性分析2015年9月—2018年4月间收入的所有环形混合痔患者的一般资料,按照该次实验要求,抽取出其中106例患者纳入实验开展研究,通过双色球分组法,将所有患者分为两组,红色球为对照组,蓝色球为实验组,每组中录入53例患者。对照组患者采用常规外剥内扎术进行治疗,实验组患者则应用运用自动弹力线环形混合痔套扎器(RPH-4)作为手术方案,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率。记录所有患者手术后的术中出血量、手术时间以及术后恢复时间,评价手术效果。结果实验结果显示,实验组患者的治疗总有效率较对照组来说明显更高,其数据记录为92.45%,高于对照组患者的64.15%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=23.567 9,P=0.000 0)。同时,实验组患者的手术指标较对照组来说明显更优,其结果说明实验组患者手术效果较对照组明显更优,各数据对比均可见明显差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将自动弹力线环形混合痔套扎器(RPH-4)应用于环形混合痔患者的治疗中能够有效提高患者的手术治疗效果,并且在一定程度上能改善患者的各项手术指标,是一项积极且有效的手术方案,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of using the elastic elastic line annular sacral ligature(RPH-4) in the treatment of annular mixed sputum and evaluate its clinical application significance. Methods A retrospective analysis of the general data of all patients with ring-shaped mixed hemorrhoids from September 2015 to April 2018 was conducted. According to the requirements of this experiment, 106 patients were selected for the study and the study was performed by the two-color ball grouping method. The patients were divided into two groups, the red ball was the control group, the blue ball was the experimental group, and 53 patients were enrolled in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional external stripping and internal ligation. In the experimen-tal group, the automatic elastic line annular sacral ligature(RPH-4) was used as the surgical plan to compare the total effective rate of the two groups. The intraoperative blood loss, operative time, and postoperative recovery time of all patients were recorded to evalu-ate the surgical outcome. Results The results of the experiment showed that the total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the data was recorded as 92.45%, which was higher than that of the control group(64.15%). The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ2=23.567 9, P=0.000 0). At the same time, the surgical index of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. The results showed that the surgical results of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, and statistically significant differences were observed in each data comparison(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of automatic elastic line annular sacral ligature(RPH-4) in the treatment of patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids can effectively improve the surgical treatment of patients, and to some extent, can improve the surgical parameters of patients, which is an active and effective surgical plan and worthy of clinical use.
