海洋工程设备中的Q460结构钢热浸镀锌及其表面涂装施工研究

摘要
为了使海工设备中常用的Q460结构钢在热浸镀锌过程中锌层和焊缝不出现裂纹,以及在其锌层上涂装不出现质量问题,通过对构件进行试验及后续的实际施工,分析和总结了施工工序控制要点。试验结果表明,热浸镀锌过程中的温度、时间及冷却方式极易影响锌层的质量,浸锌后的钝化、锌层表面处理及相应油漆配套都极易影响涂层质量,这些影响是由很多工序的操作所致,所以必须综合考虑。为此,制定了相对应的技术措施,保证了产品质量,其获得的数据和经验对同行业施工具有很好的参考价值。
        In order to prevent the Q460 steel structural components commonly used in marine engineering equipment from occurring cracks on the zinc layer and weld seams during hot dip galvanizing process, and to avoid quality problem impacted by surface coating on the key points of construction process control are analyzed and summarized through component testing and subsequent practical construction. The test results show that, the quality of zinc layer is extremely affected by temperature, time and cooling mode during hot dip galvanizing, the passivation after zinc dipping, the surface treatment of zinc layer and the corresponding paint matching are very easy to affect the coating quality. These effects are caused by the operation of many processes, so they must be considered comprehensively. Therefore, the corresponding technical measures are formulated to ensure the product quality. The data and experience obtained have great reference value for the construction in the same industry.
