HPV感染重型宫颈病变患者应用LEEP联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗的效果评价

摘要
目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染重型宫颈病变患者应用宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗的应用价值。方法选取2016年12月至2017年12月间于佛山市口腔医院诊治的HPV感染重型宫颈病变患者78例,按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,其中采用LEEP术治疗的患者39例(对照组),采用LEEP术联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗的患者39例(观察组)。比较两组临床疗效、HPV转阴率、围术期指标和并发症情况。结果观察组的治愈率及有效率、治疗后12周HPV转阴率均高于对照组,观察组患者复发率明显低于对照组;观察组患者术后创面愈合时间、阴道出血时间及阴道渗液时间均少于对照组;观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组。以上对比均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论应用LEEP联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗HPV感染重型宫颈病变可提升疗效,减少阴道出血和渗液,促进切口愈合,减少并发症,降低复发率,值得在临床应用中推广。
        0 bjective To explore the application value of loop electrosurgical excisional procedure(LEEP)combined with recombinant human interferon α-2 b suppository in patients with severe cervical lesions infected by human papillomavirus(HPV). Methods 78 patients with severe cervical lesions infected with HPV from December 2016 to December 2017 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number method, of which 39 cases(control group) were treated with LEEP, and 39 patients(observation group) were treated with LEEP combined with recombinant human interferon α-2 b suppository.The clinical efficacy, HPV negative rate, perioperative indicators and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate, the effective rate and the negative rate of HPV for 12 weeks after treatment of the observation group were all higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The healing time of wound surface, the time of vaginal bleeding and the time of vaginal exudation in the observation group were less than those of the control group. And the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The above contrasts were statistically significant(p<0.05). Conclusion The application of LEEP combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b suppository in the treatment of severe cervical lesions with HPV infection can improve the curative effect, reduce vaginal bleeding and exudation,promote the healing of the incision, reduce the complications and reduce the recurrence rate. It is worth popularizing in clinical application.
