PDCA循环法在管理医院近效期药品中的应用

摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环法在管理医院门诊西药房近效期药品中的应用价值。方法调查成都市郫都区人民医院门诊西药房2018年1—6月近效期药品管理现状,针对问题,运用PDCA循环法管理近效期药品。结果应用PDCA循环法后近效期药品未登记数、无标识数减少;通过加强与医师沟通,临床科室申请药品使用率提高;近效期药品产生品种总数较明显减少,口服制剂近效期品种数减少尤为明显。结论采用PDCA法可促进门诊西药房近效期药品管理的制度化、规范化与科学化,确保管理工作质量的持续改进。
Objective To explore the application value of PDCA cycle method in the management of drugs near expiration date in outpatient western pharmacies of hospitals. Methods The current management situation of drugs near expiration date in the outpatient western pharmacy of Pidu District People's Hospital of Chengdu from January to June 2018 was investigated. And to solve the problems, the PDCA cycle method was used to manage the drugs near expiration date. Results After the application of PDCA cycle method, the numbers of unregistered and unlabeled drugs near expiration date were decreased; through strengthening communication with doctors, the utilization rate of drugs applied by clinical departments was increased; the total number of varieties produced in drugs near expiration date was decreased significantly, especially in the number of varieties near expiration date of oral preparations. Conclusion Adoption of PDCA method can promote the institutionalization, standardization and scientization of the management of drugs near expiration date in outpatient western pharmacies, and ensure the continuous improvement of management quality.
