摘要
研究目的:"推进智能高铁重大科研攻关"是铁路总公司近年来的重点工作,相关部门正力争攻克智能建设、智能装备、智能运营等关键技术。本文初步研究现阶段智能高铁建设与运营的技术手段框架体系,以智能京雄为例阐述铁路智能技术的应用,以期为相关研究提供参考。研究结论:(1)智能高铁建设的智能化手段已经多样,通过BIM、CIM、GIS等技术融合使用,可在站房设计、线路测绘、桥梁建造、隧道施工等多方面实现"智能化"、"信息化"管理,全面提高生产和管理效率;(2)智能高铁运营维护的智能化手段丰富,目前在牵引供电系统、信号系统、动车组检测、安全风险管理等方面应用广泛;(3)智能高铁涵盖了高铁建设、运营到服务的方方面面,将在智能建设、智能装备、智能运营的基础上,进一步提升乘客出行体验感、推动信息开放共享;(4)本研究结论可为智能高铁的建设与运营提供相关参考。
        Research purposes: " Promoting the key scientific research of intelligent high-speed railway" is a top priority for China Railway in recent years. Relevant departments are striving to overcome key technologies such as intelligent construction,intelligent equipment and intelligent operation. This paper preliminarily studies the technical means framework system of intelligent high-speed railway' s construction and operation at present,and illustrates the application of railway intelligent technology with the intelligent Beijing to Xiong' an intercity railway as an example to provide reference for related research.Research conclusions:( 1) The intelligent means of intelligent high-speed railway construction has been diversified.Through the integration of BIM,CIM,GIS and other technologies,it can realize " intelligentialize" and " informatization" management in many aspects such as station design,line mapping,bridge construction and tunnel construction,and improve production and management efficiency in an all-round way.( 2) Intelligent high-speed railway's operation is rich in intelligent means,and is currently widely used in traction power supply systems,signal systems,EMU detection,and security risk management.( 3) The intelligent high-speed railway covers all aspects which are from construction and operation to service. It will further enhance the passenger travel experience and promote open information sharing on the basis of intelligent construction,intelligent equipment and intelligent operation.( 4) The research results can provide reference for the construction and operation of intelligent high-speed railway.
