摘要
基于近年来国内外石斛免疫调节功能的研究,从免疫器官、免疫细胞及免疫分子三个层面,综述了石斛多糖、苷类、生物碱类活性物质对机体的免疫调节作用,包括降低炎症、抑制肿瘤以及减缓衰老等作用,以期为石斛开展现代生物技术的深入研究与开发提供理论参考。
        Based on the previous studies, the author collected, analyzed and summarized the literature on Dendrobium Sw. at home and abroad in recent 10 years, and systemically reviewed the research advances in immunoregulatory functions in immune organs, immune cell and immune molecile. It is reviewed that the mechanism of immunostimulative function, antiinflammatory and anti-aging activities base on the active substances, such as polysaccharides, glycosides and alkaloid, in order to provide a theoretical reference for further research, reasonable exploitation and utilization of the species.
