摘要
设计一种适用于小麦等颗粒性粮食的新型手推式收粮装袋机。利用旋转毛刷将粮食从扁平漏斗状的进粮口扫入螺旋式输送装置中,并通过螺旋蛟簧将粮食提升到壳体式输送带上。阐述了整体结构及工作原理,提出了设计思路,对动力和传动元件等关键件进行了理论测算,基于运动学关系、CATIA对运动机构进行了仿真验证。设计实现了在输粮输送过程中对粮食进行清洁。输送带的末端设有出粮口,可将粮食直接送入出粮口的麻袋中。新型手推式收粮装袋机具有快速收集粮食、简化收粮过程等特点,可在农业领域推广应用。
A new hand-propelled machine is designed for the collecting and bagging of grains such as wheat. It can sweep grains from a flat funnel-shaped inlet into the spiral conveyor based on a rotating brush. To deliver the grain to the sack of the loading device, the grains can be lifted onto a metal shelled conveyor belt by spiral spring. Overall structure and working principle are elaborated, design idea is proposed, theoretical calculation is carried out on key components including power and transmission elements, and simulation verification of motion mechanism is carried out based on kinematics relation and CATIA. Under such a design, the grain cleaning is realized during the process of grain delivering. The grain outlet is equipped in the end of the conveyor belt to conveniently put the grain into the sack of the loading device. The new hand-propelled machine is characterized by fast grain collection and simplified grain collection process, which can be widely popularized in agriculture fields.
