摘要
近年来,移动数字图书馆发展迅猛,已然成为人们阅读学习的一大平台。但其内的书籍依靠网络而存在,缺乏实体性,无法满足视障等人群的阅读需要。因此,本文提出设计数字图书馆与实体图书馆服务相结合的小型语音交互移动数字图书亭,其以线上线下并行、残健共融为特色。同时,从服务理念、服务人群、服务管理三个方面对其常规运行进行规划,并对建设中的技术难点提出解决方案,以期待图书亭能够顺利运行,最大程度上满足各类阅读者需求,进一步推动全民阅读的发展。
In recent years, the rapid development of mobile digital libraries has become a platform for people to read and learn. But the books in it depend on the Internet and lack substance, which can not meet the reading needs of people with visual impairment. Therefore, this paper proposed to design a small voice interactive mobile digital book kiosk, which combined digital library and physical library services. It was characterized by parallel online and offline, and harmony of disability and health. At the same time, we planned its routine operation from three aspects: service concept, service population and service management, and proposed solutions to the technical difficulties in the construction, in order to expect the booth to run smoothly, to meet the needs of all kinds of readers to the greatest extent, and to further promote the development of national reading.
