习近平生态文明思想对金华市环境立市战略实施的启示

美丽中国的建设已经成为全中国人民的共同梦想,在此背景下,金华市提出环境立市的发展战略,符合人们不断提高的对于生态环境的需求。习近平生态文明思想是习近平总书记根据我国生态文明建设的实践所总结出来的具有全局性和指导性的理论成果,是马克思主义中国化的一个重要理论成果,其中蕴含的生态自然观、生态发展观、生态民生观和生态制度观等基本观点对金华市环境立市战略的成功实施具有重要的启示,如提高社会各界环境立市战略实施中的环境保护意识、营造绿色发展理念以推动经济增长方式的转变、坚持解决最基本民生问题的出发点和目的、构筑金华市环境立市战略实施的制度保障等。
The construction of beautiful China has become the common dream of the people of China. In this context, the city of Jinhua has put forward the development strategy of the environment to establish the city, which is in line with the increasing demand for the ecological environment. XI Jinping's ecological civilization thought is a theoretical achievement of the overall and guiding theory, which is summed up by the general secretary XI Jinping in accordance with the practice of the construction of ecological civilization in China. It is an important theoretical achievement of the Sinicization of Marx. The basic views of ecological nature, ecological development, ecological livelihood and ecological system have important inspiration for the successful implementation of the strategy of Jinhua's environmental establishment: improving the awareness of environmental protection in the strategic implementation of the city and building a green development concept to promote the transformation of the mode of economic growth. We must adhere to the starting point with the purpose of solving the most basic livelihood issues,and build a system guarantee for the implementation of Jinhua's environmental strategy.
