嘉兴市鸡球虫病流行病学调查

<正>1 材料与方法1.1 样品的采集与处理按不同地理位置分散选取嘉兴市7个县(市、区)14家养鸡场进行采样。在每个养鸡场随机采集新鲜粪便一份(如果有血便则优先采样),将采取的粪便样品分别存放于干净的塑封袋内,将每一份塑封袋进行编号,并做好标记,详细记录采样信息,本次研究共采集280份粪便样品。1.2 鸡球虫阳性样品及感染强度判定每份取2 g放入小烧杯中,加适量饱和盐水,搅拌均匀后、移入试管中加满盖上盖玻片,漂浮15 min,
