芳香植物香蜂草扦插繁殖技术研究

摘要
以芳香植物香蜂草枝条为试材,采用完全随机区组试验设计的方法,研究基质、植物生长调节剂质量浓度及插穗部位对香蜂草扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明:V(泥炭)∶V(珍珠岩)1∶1是香蜂草较理想的扦插基质;IBA-Na~+(吲哚丁酸钠)300 mg/L浸泡10 min后扦插效果较好,生根率为76.67%;低质量浓度的IBANa~+有利于香蜂草的生根,高质量浓度则抑制其生根;上部3节带叶穗条生根效果最好,生根率为72.22%。选取香蜂草植株上部3节带叶的插条,经300 mg/L IBA-Na~+处理后,以V(泥炭)∶V(珍珠岩)1∶1为基质能获得质量良好的扦插苗。
        With aromatic plants melissa shoots as materials,using the method of randomized complete block experimental design,effect of concentration of medium,plant growth regulators on rooting of cuttings of parts and balm cuttings was studied. The results showed that: V( peat) ∶ V( perlite) 1∶ 1 was an ideal cutting medium for melissa; cutting effect of IBA-Na~+300 mg / L after 10 min of soaking,the rooting rate was 76. 67%; the low concentration of IBA-Na~+was rooting conducive to melissa,high concentrations inhibited the rooting; the upper section 3 leafy cuttings was best for rooting with rooting rate72. 22%. Lemon balm plants selected upper section 3 leafy cuttings,after 300 mg / L IBA-Na~+treatment,with V( peat) ∶ V( perlite) 1∶ 1 as the matrix could obtain good quality cutting seedlings.
