吴茱萸穴位贴敷治疗术后恶心呕吐的临床观察

摘要
目的分析讨论吴茱萸穴位贴敷治疗术后恶心呕吐的效果。方法选取本院2017年1月至2018年7月收治的术后恶心呕吐患儿80例,按照就诊顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组以常规治疗为基础实施吴茱萸穴位贴敷治疗,经过治疗后,比较分析两组患儿的治疗疗效以及NAVS评分。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的治疗疗效高于对照组,NAVS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吴茱萸穴位贴敷治疗和护理术后恶心呕吐的效果较好,有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of the treatment of nausea and vomiting after the treatment of wu zhuyu acupoint. Methods Eighty children with postoperative nausea and vomiting admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of treatment, 40 cases in each group, control group given conventional treatment, the observation group based on the conventional treatment implementation of evodia rutaecarpa acupoint sticking therapy, after treatment, the comparative analysis the treatment efficacy of two groups of children and NAVS score. Results After treatment, the treatment effect of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the NAVS score was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of acupoint application on the treatment and postoperative nausea and vomiting are good and have high clinical value.
