摘要
雷达散射截面积(RCS)是衡量目标对雷达波散射能力的一个重要物理量,在目标识别和成像中有重要作用。为解决太赫兹频段目标RCS测量精确度不高的问题,基于440GHz的太赫兹目标RCS测量系统,提出一种新的校准方式并采用软件距离门等技术提高目标RCS的测量精确度。随后,对不同粗糙度的圆柱体进行测量得到其RCS测量结果,与理论值比较分析发现,采用新的处理技术使测量结果达到了较高的精确水平,可用于复杂目标RCS的测量和缩比规律的研究。
        The Radar Cross Section(RCS) is an important physical quantity for measuring the target's ability to scatter radar waves. It plays an important role in target recognition and imaging. A new calibration method is proposed and software distance gate technology is utilized to improve the measurement accuracy of the target RCS based on the 440 GHz terahertz target RCS measurement system.The cylinders with different roughness are measured to obtain the RCS measurement results. Compared with the theoretical values, it is found that using the new processing technology can achieve a high level of accuracy, which can be applied to measure RCS of complex targets and study the law of scaling.
