微种植体在隐形矫治中的应用

摘要
目的:评价和分析微种植体结合隐形矫治在治疗上颌前突或严重拥挤患者中的效果。方法 :选择上颌前突或严重拥挤的患者30例,其中15例选择进行无托槽隐形矫治技术,其余15例选择传统金属托槽矫治器治疗,在种植钉植入后及取出前均拍摄锥形束计算机断层扫描以评估后牙的移动量。结果:用隐形矫治和传统金属托槽矫治器矫治后的患者后牙前移均<2 mm,两组患者后牙的前移量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在治疗复杂的正畸患者过程中,在微种植体的辅助下,隐形矫治能达到和固定金属拖槽一样的效果。
        Objective: To evaluate and analyze the effect of microimplant combined with invisibility treatment in patients with maxillary precursors or severe overcrowding. Methods: Among the 30 patients with maxillary precursors or severe overcrowding, 15 of them chose to carry out the unassisted rectification technique, and the remaining 15 patients chose to carry out the traditional metal bracket corrector. Cone beam CT was used to assess the movement of the posterior teeth before and after planting. Results: The anterior teeth were less than 2 mm after the orthodontic treatment with the orthopedics and the traditional metal bracket, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of complicated orthodontic patients, with the aid of microimplant, the invisible correction can achieve the same effect as the metal towing tank.
