摘要
目的建立食品中铝的高效液相色谱含量测定方法,测定瓜子中铝的含量.方法铝与8-羟基喹啉的衍生物具有荧光吸收,可在高效液相色谱仪的荧光检测器上检测.以明矾标准品外标法建立标准曲线,从而计算瓜子中铝的含量.结果高效液相色谱法测定铝元素含量的精密度(0.541%)、重复性(0.437%)、稳定性(0.550%)的RSD值均小于1%,且其加标回收率良好.同时检测过程中挑选的真心瓜子,洽洽瓜子及散装瓜子2均未检出铝成分,而散装瓜子1中铝的含量则超出国家标准.结论采用高效液相色谱法分析并测定瓜子中铝的含量准确且易操作,为食品中铝元素含量测定提供有效的检测方法.
Objective To develop a method for determination of aluminum in food by high performance liquid chromatography,especially determinating the content of aluminum in melon seeds. Methods Both the aluminum and the derivatives of 8-hydroxyquinolone have fluorescence absorption which can be detected though the high performance liquid chromatography. In order to calculate the content of melon seeds,we established a standard curve based on alum standard.Results The RSD of the precision(0. 541%),repeatability(0. 437%) and stability(0. 550%) is less than 1%,and the tagged recoveries are well. Conclusions This method is accurate and simple,it provides an efficient method for determination of aluminum in food.
