大壁厚SA182 F91锻制三通焊接工艺探究及应用

摘要
针对大壁厚SA182 F91锻制三通的焊接问题,采取了焊接与热处理并重、严控坡口制备、充氩保护、预热、焊接、热处理工艺细节、依据钢种性能制定具有针对性的焊接工艺,三通安装完成后对焊接接头进行了全面金属检验,结果表明:各项指标满足要求,焊接接头质量合格,焊接效果良好,说明该工艺对大壁厚SA182 F91锻制三通焊接是可行的、有效的。
        Aiming at the welding problems of big wall thickness SA182 F91 forged tee, laying equal stress on the welding and thermal treatment, the process details were strictly controlled such as the preparation of groove, argon filling protection, preheating, welding and thermal treatment. Based on the performance of the steel type, the focused welding process was made and the whole metal test was made after the tee installation was finished. The results show that each index meets the demand,welding joint is qualified with better welding effects. The process is feasible and effective for the big wall thickness SA182 F91 forged tee.
