梯级及梯级链滚轮的失效与设计选用方法

摘要
自动扶梯的状况与乘客安全紧密相联,梯级链滚轮及梯级滚轮失效,影响自动扶梯正常平顺运行,因此,对梯级链滚轮,梯级滚轮失效模式,设计选用方法进行研究具有重要意义。采用型式试验进行对比分析,结果表明,耐水性能聚酯型聚氨酯滚轮较聚醚型聚氨酯滚轮差,材质对梯级链滚轮,梯级滚轮的寿命影响显著。可见聚醚型聚氨酯滚轮性能满足全生命周期使用。
The condition of the escalator is closely related to the passenger safety. The step chain roller and the step roller fail, which affects the normal and smooth operation of the escalator. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the failure mode of the step chain roller and the step roller,besides the design selection method. In this paper,the type test was used for comparative analysis. The results show that the water-resistant polyester polyurethane roller is inferior to the polyether polyurethane roller, and the material has a significant influence on the life of the step chain roller and the step roller. It can be seen that the properties of the polyether polyurethane roller meet the requirements of the whole life cycle.
