摘要
青岛地铁2号线竖井和区间隧道均侧(下)穿建筑物,为降低爆破有害效应,减小开挖对隧道周边建筑物和城市地下管线的影响,采用低振动和低噪声的金属膨胀剂进行破岩开挖。通过在2号线竖井进行金属膨胀剂破岩试验,总结出使用金属膨胀剂时孔网参数的合理间距及设计要素;通过分析区间隧道利用金属膨胀剂处理欠挖失败的原因,总结使用金属膨胀剂时的施工工艺要素及应当注意的问题,对同类工程具备一定的借鉴意义。
For the Qingdao Metro Line 2the shaft section and the tunnel all underpass buildings,in order to reduce the harmful effects at blasting and minimize the impact of excavation on the surrounding buildings and urban underground pipelines,metal expansion agent with low vibration and low noise is used for rock excavation.Through rock blasting test by means of metal expansion agent in the shaft of Line 2,the reasonable spacing and design elements of the hole mesh parameter of the metal expansion agent are summarized,and through analysis of the failure of the metal expander,the problems of the construction technologies are summarized,which has some reference for similar work.
