摘要
青岛地铁3号线的青岛站为硬岩暗挖大断面车站,紧贴地铁2号线和商场,为高效开挖并确保既有构筑物的安全,在紧贴底板开挖区域顶部设置一排大直径不装药空孔隔振孔,并对爆破区域合理分区。爆破区域中部采用乳化炸药掏槽,提供临空面,上部爆破区域采用金属膨胀剂多次剥离破岩,下部爆破区域采用常规钻爆法提高工效。大直径中空孔掏槽、周边空孔减振、隔孔装药、孔内孔外联合延时起爆、使用金属膨胀剂,以上多种减振和分区组合爆破技术的应用,实现了大断面硬岩暗挖地铁车站紧贴既有构筑物的成功开挖,可为类似工程提供参考。
        The Qingdao subway station of Qingdao metro No.3line is close to the No.2line and a market with a large underground excavation section.The efficient excavation should be realized and the safety of existing structures should be ensured.At the top of blasting area close to baseboard,a row of large diameter no-charge vibration isolators were arranged,and the blasting area was divided reasonably.Emulsion explosive was used in the middle of the blasting area to provide the temporary surface.The metal expansive agent was adopted in the upper blasting area to peel off the rock and conventional drilling and explosion method in the lower part of the blasting area was used to improve work efficiency.Large diameter hollow hole cutting,peripheral cavity vibration reduction,charge,joint delay initiation of hole outside and inside,the using of metal expansion agent,the application of technologies above had realized the successful excavation and it could provide a reference for similar projects.
