摘要
工业化生产过程中,模具的使用质量与修复水平,是保证生产持续性与稳定性的重要条件,必须在不断优化的过程中,提高技术手段。因此,针对铝冲压模具的焊接修复内容进行分析,在对金属性能与损坏原因进行讨论的同时,重点分析了模具修复技术的工艺内容,为一线技术操作优化提供参考。
In the process of industrialized production,the quality and repair level of the mould is an important condition to ensure the sustainability and stability of production.It is necessary to improve the technical means in the process of continuous optimization.In this paper,the welding repair content of aluminum stamping die is analyzed,and the metal properties and damage reasons are discussed.At the same time,the process content of die repair technology is emphatically analyzed,which provides a reference for the first-line technical operation optimization.
