中药内服熏蒸二联疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘要
目的观察中药内服熏蒸二联疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法选择2017年5月-2018年5月本院收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者70例,患者随机分为两组,对照组患者仅给予中药内服治疗,观察组患者再次基础上联合中药熏蒸治疗,评价两组患者治疗前后疼痛情况,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果在疼痛评分方面,两组患者治疗前VAS评分对比差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者VAS评分均有明显改善,与治疗前相比差异显著(P<0.05),观察组患者VAS评分明显好于对照组患者(P<0.05);在治疗效果方面,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗效果明显更好(P<0.05)。结论针对膝关节骨性关节炎患者,给予中药内服熏蒸二联疗法治疗,能够缓解患者疼痛,疗效确切,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine oral fumigation therapy on knee osteoarthritis. Methods Seventy patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from May to May 20,2017 were randomLy divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated with Chinese medicine alone. The patients in the observation group were combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. The pain of the two groups before and after treatment was evaluated, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of pain score, the difference of VAS scores between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the patients was significantly better than that of the control group(P< 0.05). Compared with the control group, the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with knee osteoarthritis, the treatment of Chinese medicine with fumigation and two-way therapy can alleviate the pain of patients and has a definite curative effect. It is worthy of popularization and application.
