细节护理干预气胸患者的护理观察

摘要
目的观察针对性护理干预对气胸行胸腔闭式引流患者的临床效果。方法选取自2016年12月至2017年12月于我院住院治疗的胸腔闭式引流患者30例,所有研究对象通过信封法随机分组,对照组15例,应用常规护理干预方式,试验组15例,应用细节护理干预方式,观察两组患者护理前后躯体功能、生活质量及临床护理满意度变化情况。结果护理干预后:(1)对照组躯体功能(2.53±0.24),试验组(3.75±0.22);(2)对照组生活质量(3.06±0.38),试验组(4.13±0.48);(3)对照组临床护理满意度为86.67%,试验组为93.33%,两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论细节护理干预对胸腔闭式引流患者自理能力改善理想,有效提高患者肢体活动及耐受程度,临床护理满意度优异,值得推广。
Objective To observe the effect of pertinent nursing intervention on the clinical effect of closed thoracic drainage of pneumothorax. Methods From December 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital treatment of closed thoracic drainage in 30 cases, all of the subjects by randomly grouping, 15 cases in the control group, routine nursing intervention, 15 cases of test group and application details of nursing intervention, observe the change of physical function, quality of life and clinical nursing satisfaction before and after two groups of patients with nursing. Results Nursing intervention: control group body function(2.53±0.24),(3.75±0.22) test group; the control group quality of life(3.06±0.38),(4.13±0.48) test group; the control group clinical nursing satisfaction: 86.67%, experimental group 93.33%, statistically significant differences between the two groups of data(P<0.05). Conclusion Detailed nursing intervention can improve the self-care ability of patients with closed thoracic drainage, effectively improve the physical activity and tolerance of patients, and the clinical nursing satisfaction is excellent, which is worth promoting.
