糖尿病酮症酸中毒急诊护理分析

摘要
目的分析急诊护理在糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选择该院2017年1月—2018年6月期间收治的糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者62例,以随机数字表为参考划分为观察组与对照组,每组31例患者。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者以对照组患者的护理方案为基础,接受整体护理,对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者的临床治疗有效率为96.77%,对照组患者的临床治疗有效率为80.64%,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者行急诊整体护理,可以在一定程度上改善患者的临床治疗效果,有利于患者早期康复与预后发展,具有临床广泛应用价值。
Objective To analyze the application effect of emergency nursing of diabetes mellitus ketoacidosis. Methods 62 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus ketoacidosis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the holistic nursing, and the clinical nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 96.77% and 80.64%, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The emergency holistic nursing of patients with diabetes mellitus ketoacidosis can improve the clinical treatment effect to a certain degree, which is conductive to the early rehabilitation and prognosis devleopment, and it is of wide application value.
