摘要
脂肪酸囊泡(FAV)作为一种来源安全、成分简单的脂肪酸自组装体,可用作活性物质的载体及微反应器。实验以具有生理活性和自组装活性的共轭亚油酸(CLA)为原料,考察NH_3和NaCl对其自组装FAV的影响,发现CLA可以在近中性pH环境下形成FAV,为拓宽FAV在个人卫生与护理用品及家用洗涤产品中的潜在应用范围提供了有用的信息。
Fatty acid vesicle(FAV) has safe source and simple composition. FAV is a kind of self-assembly of fatty acids, which can be used as a carrier of active substances and as a microreactor. In this paper, conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) with physiological activity and self-assembly activity was investigated to explore the influence of NH_3 and NaCl on self-assembly FAV. It was found that the formation of FAV by CLA in the neutral pH environment, which provided a new way to broaden the potential application range of FAV as a carrier in personal care and home care detergents.
