摘要
针对现场金相检验中机械抛光耗时长、工作强度大且制样效果不理想的情况,设计了一种简易的现场金相检验电解抛光腐蚀装置,并选取了一般工程上常用的20Mn Ni Mo低合金钢、06Cr19Ni10不锈钢、00Cr30Ni60Fe10镍基高温合金进行试验。结果表明:该装置具有操作简单、耗时少、效率高等优点,且电解抛光和电解腐蚀的效果均较好,可清晰显示出现场工件的显微组织。
        A simple field electrolytic polishing & corrosion device for metallographic examination was designed for the situation where the mechanical polishing takes a long time,the work intensity is high and the sample preparation effect is not ideal. The general engineering used low alloy steel 20 Mn Ni Mo,stainless steel 06 Cr19 Ni10 and nickel base superalloy00 Cr30 Ni60 Fe10 were tested. The results show that the device has the advantages of simple operation, less time consumption,high efficiency,etc.,the effects of electrolytic polishing and electrolytic corrosion are both good,and the microstructure of the field workpiece can be clearly displayed.
