双相不锈钢焊接接头宏观金相试样的制备

摘要
采用标准推荐的不锈钢焊接接头宏观金相试样制备方法,发现双相不锈钢焊接接头的宏观金相形貌不清晰。将电解腐蚀方法应用至双相不锈钢焊接接头宏观金相试样的制备,通过试验确定了合适的电解液和电解腐蚀参数。结果表明:在电解液为10mL HNO_3溶液+90mL H_2O+1g NaCl,电流密度为1.11mA·mm~(-2),腐蚀时间为2min的条件下,可获得各区域清晰可见的双相不锈钢焊接接头宏观金相试样
        The macro metallographic morphology of duplex stainless steel welded joints was not clear by using the macro metallographic sampling method recommended in the standard.The electrolytic corrosion method was applied to the preparation of macro metallographic samples of duplex stainless steel welded joints,and the appropriate electrolyte and electrolytic corrosion parameters were determined by tests.The results show that macro metallographic samples of duplex stainless steel welded joints with clear visible in different regions could be obtained under the conditions of electrolyte of 10 mL HNO_(3 )solution+90 mL H_2O+1 g NaCl,current density of1.11mA·mm~(-2 )and corrosion time of 2min.
