摘要
为更好地提高消防官兵的工作绩效,基于高绩效人力资源实践理论假设进行研究。随机选取400名消防官兵进行问卷调查,考察高绩效人力资源实践对消防官兵工作绩效的影响。结果表明,高绩效人力资源实践对消防官兵角色内绩效、消防官兵组织角色行为以及消防官兵胜任特征具有正向影响;消防官兵胜任特征在消防官兵角色内绩效和消防官兵组织角色行为之间起中介影响。高绩效人力资源能够对消防官兵的工作绩效产生直接影响和间接影响。
In order to better improve the performance of the fire fighters,studies were made based on the high performance human resource practices theory hypothesis.Randomly select 400 fire fighters to carry on the questionnaire survey and examine the influence of high performance human resource practices on the performance of the fire fighters.the results showed that high performance human resource practice has a positive effect on the role performance of the fire fighters,the fire fighters role behavior in organization and competency of fire fighters;competency of fire fighters plays an intermediary role between the role performance of the fire fighters and the fire fighters role behavior in organization.the high performance human resource practices can can have a direct and indirect impact on the work performance of the fire fighters.
