内镜清洗消毒流程改进在降低医院感染中的应用

摘要
目的探讨改进内镜清洗消毒流程对降低医院感染发生率的应用效果,为有效控制医院感染提供参考依据。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月中国人民解放军第九五医院内镜室提供的内镜抽检结果及该段时间内医院感染情况作为改进前资料,统计2016年2月至2017年2月内镜抽检结果及医院感染发生情况作为改进后资料。改进前后调查患者各200例,抽检内镜及附件各500件,比较改进前后的消毒效果。结果改进前内镜检测阳性率为14.6%、消毒合格率为85.2%、医源性感染发生率为1.5%;改进后内镜检测阳性率为2.4%、消毒合格率为98.6%、医源性感染发生率为0,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改进内镜清洗消毒流程,可以显著降低医院感染发生率,有利于提高患者治疗效果。
Objective To study the effect of improvement of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection process in reducing the incidence of hospital infection effect, so as to provide evidence for clinical development of effective hospital infection control. Methods The sampling inspection results and hospital infection status of 200 patients in the 95 Hospital of Chinese People's Liberation Army from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the data before improvements. The sampling inspection results and hospital infection status of 200 patients from February 2016 to February 2017 after improved endoscopic cleaning and disinfection processes were selected as the data after improvement. A total of 500 endoscopic examination and 500 appendixes inspection were performed. Results The positive rate of endoscopic examination before improvement was 14.6%, the qualified rate of disinfection was 85.2%, and the incidence of iatrogenic infection was 1.5%, versus 2.4%, 98.6%, and 0 after improvement. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Improvement of endoscopic cleaning and disinfection process can significantly reduce the incidence of hospital infection, and help to improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
