金融发展、城镇化与雾霾污染——基于西北5省区的空间计量分析

摘要
本文基于2003～2017年西北5省区的面板数据,构建了金融发展、城镇化对雾霾污染影响的空间计量模型。结果表明:西北5省PM_(10)在空间上存在集聚现象;金融发展与雾霾污染呈负相关关系,金融发展具有明显的减霾效应;城镇化对雾霾污染的影响表现为促增,城镇化建设会加剧雾霾污染;金融发展与城镇化的交互项对雾霾污染的综合作用表现为促增;产业结构、环境规制以及能源消耗等因素也会加剧雾霾污染。最后,本文从加大金融发展在生态文明建设中的作用、协调城镇化建设及其环境效益等方面提出了相关建议。
Based on the panel data of five northwest provinces in China ranging from 2003 to 2017,this paper constructs a spatial econometric model to research the impact of financial development and urbanization on smog pollution. The results show that there is a significant phenomenon of spatial agglomeration of PM10 in five northwest provinces in China. Financial development is negatively correlated with smog pollution,which means financial development has an obvious haze reduction effect. Urbanization has positive correlation with smog pollution,that is,the degree of smog pollution will be aggravated by urbanization construction. The interaction term of financial development and urbanization has a positive impact on smog pollution. Meanwhile,factors such as industrial structure,environmental regulation and energy consumption will also aggravate the degree of smog pollution. Finally,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions to reduce five northwest provinces' smog and haze pollution from the dimensions of increasing the role of financial development in developing the ecological civilization and coordinating the construction of urbanization with its environmental benefits.
