金针菇菌糠在动物生产中的应用

摘要
如何解决人畜争粮问题一直都是研究人员研究的重点和热点。开发新的非常规饲料来源、提高饲料利用效率等在一定程度上能够缓解人畜争粮问题。金针菇菌糠是一种重要的非常规饲料原料,将其利用在畜牧业中不仅可以缓解饲料资源短缺的问题,还能够解决金针菇菌糠对环境的污染问题。文章就金针菇菌糠在动物生产中的应用作以综述。
        How to solve the problem of food for human and livestock has always been the focus of research. The development of new sources of unconventional feed and raising the efficiency of feed utilization can alleviate the problem of food for human and livestock to a certain extent. The mushroom bran is an important raw material for feed, which can not only alleviate the shortage of feed resources, but also solve the environmental pollution of the mushroom bran. The application of mushroom bran in animal production were reviewed in this paper.
