摘要
全球标准层型剖面和点位("金钉子")作为全球地层划分和对比的国际参考标准,它的确立对地层学的发展有着极大的贡献。从"金钉子"确立的程序和条件的角度综述了古生物学、化学地层学、磁性地层学3类层型界线识别标志的适用性和局限性以及目前"金钉子"的分布规律,分析了传统方法在"金钉子"确立过程中存在的弊端。在完善传统方法的同时尝试引入定量地层学方法,将生物带的建立由实物化向数字化、虚拟化转变。此外还尝试性提出了海洋"金钉子"的设想,为新生代地层的研究工作提供了新视野。
        As a global stratigraphic correlation reference standard,the establishment of global stratotype section and point( "golden spike")is a tremendous contribution to the development of stratigraphy.This paper summarizes the suitability and limitations of three kinds of stratigraphy(palaeontology,chemostratigraphy,magnetostratigraphy)and introduces the distribution of the "golden spike",with the analysis of the disadvantages of "golden spike".To improve the process and method for the establishment of "golden spike",we suggest quantitative stratigraphy which provides a series of digitized and simulated biozones.In addition,this paper proposes the conception of oceanic GSSPs which could be useful for the study of Cenozoic stratigraphy.
