摘要
目的探讨针刺预处理不同配穴对延缓运动性疲劳及对心脏功能调节的影响。方法选用SD大鼠随机分为空白组、运动组、保健穴组、标本配穴组。除空白组外,每组进行6周的递增负荷训练。保健穴组和标本配穴组每次运动前1h进行针刺预处理,共治疗6周。采用ELISA法检测心钠素(ANP),全自动生化仪检测乳酸(LD)、肌酸激酶(CK)、尿素氮(BUN)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPX)、超氧化物岐化酶(T-SOD)。结果与空白组相比,运动组血清LD、CK、BUN含量均明显增加(<0.05);与运动组相比,保健穴组、标本配穴组血清LD、CK、BUN含量均明显降低(<0.05);标本配穴组优于保健穴组(<0.05)。与空白组相比,运动组大鼠心肌组织ANP、MDA含量明显增加(<0.05),TSOD、GSH-PX含量明显降低(<0.05);与运动组相比,保健穴组、标本配穴组心肌组织ANP、MDA含量均明显降低(<0.05),T-SOD、GSH-PX含量均明显增加(<0.05);而标本配穴组效果优于保健穴组(<0.05)。结论针刺预处理可以缓解运动性疲劳的产生,提高运动能力;对运动过程中的心肌组织具有抗氧化作用并能调节心脏的内分泌功能,且标本配穴优于保健穴配伍。
        Objective To investigate the effects of acupuncture preconditioning with different prescriptions of acupoints on delaying exercise-induced fatigue and regulating cardiac function. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,exercise group,health-care acupoint group,and acupoint-matching group. In addition to blank group,each group carried out 6 weeks of incremental load training.Health-care acupoint group and acupoint-matching group were treated with acupuncture pretreatment for 6 weeks before each exercise. The ANP was detected by Elisa,and the Lactic acid(LD),creatine kinase(CK),urea nitrogen(BLU),malondialdehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(gsh-px)and superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.Compared to blank group,the contents of LD,CK and Bun in exercise group were obviously increased( <0.05),and the contents of LD,CK and Bun in health-care acupoint group and acupoint-matching group were significantly decreased( <0.05)compared with those in exercise group( <0.01).Compared with blank group,the contents of ANP and MDA increased significantly( <0.05),and the T-sod and gsh-px contents of myocardium were significantly decreased( <0.05).Compared with exercise group,the contents of ANP and MDA in myocardium of health-care acupoint group and acupoint matching group were significantly decreased( <0.05),the contents of T-sod and gsh-px in myocardium were obviously increased( <0.05),while that of acupoint-matching group was better than that of health-care acupoint group( <0.01).Conclusion(1)The acupuncture pretreatment can relieve the athletic fatigue and improve the athletic ability,and the efficacy of acupointmatching method is more obvious;(2)Acupuncture pretreatment has antioxidant effect on myocardium in the course of exercise and can regulate the endocrine function of the heart,and the points of acupoint-matching are superior to the compatibility of health-care acupoint.
