针对性护理提升慢性胃溃疡患者生活质量的效果及对护理满意度的影响

摘要
目的分析和探讨慢性胃溃疡患者实施针对性护理对其生活质量和护理满意度的提升效果和影响情况。方法随机选择2017年5月-2018年5月以来我院消化科收治的慢性胃溃疡患者102例。按照抽签法对他们进行平均分组(对照组和观察组),分别给予常规护理和针对性护理临床干预,并就两组患者的生活质量评分以及护理满意度情况进行对比、分析和统计。结果经过临床护理,观察组患者的生活质量总评分[(89.46±7.25)分]和护理总满意度(98.04%)均显著高于对照组患者[(74.84±7.03)分,90.20%],两组比较结果差异明显(P<0.05),均具有统计学意义。结论针对性护理应用于慢性胃溃疡的临床治疗中,能够有效改善患者生活质量,提高患者满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze and explore the effect and influence of targeted nursing on the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with chronic gastric ulcer. Methods 102 patients with chronic gastric ulcer were randomly selected from May 2017 to May 2018. According to the lottery method, they were divided into two groups(control group and observation group) and divided into two groups(routine nursing and targeted nursing) for clinical intervention. The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared, analyzed and counted.Results After clinical nursing, the total score of quality of life(89.46±7.25) and the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group(98.04%) were significantly higher than those in the control group(74.84±7.03, 90.20%). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing applied in the clinical treatment of chronic gastric ulcer can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, improve patient satisfaction, has a high clinical value.
