麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果

摘要
目的观察分析麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法选择2015年7月至2018年10月本院收治的63例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为试验组(n=33)与对照组(n=30)。两组均给予常规西医治疗,对照组另给予硝酸甘油治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予麝香保心丸治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组ET水平均明显下降,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NO、NOS水平均明显上升,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组心绞痛发作频率均明显降低,持续时间均明显缩短,且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组治疗总有效率为93.94%,显著高于对照组的76.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组心电图总有效率为87.88%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛可明显改善患者血管内皮功能,减轻心绞痛发作症状,提高临床疗效和心电图疗效,值得推广应用。
        Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina. Methods Sixty-three patients with coronary heart disease and angina admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into experimental group(n =33) and control group(n =30) according to random number table method. Both groups were given routine western medicine treatment. The control group was given nitroglycerin treatment, and the experimental group was given Shexiang Baoxin pill on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, ET levels in both groups decreased significantly, and that in the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05); after treatment, the levels of NO and NOS in both groups increased significantly, and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the frequency and duration of angina in both groups reduced significantly, and those in the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.94%, which was significantly higher than76.67% of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of electrocardiogram in the experimental group was 87.88%, which was significantly higher than 70.00% in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of angina of coronary heart disease can obviously ameliorate the vascular endothelial function, relieve the symptoms of angina attack, and can improve the clinical efficacy and electrocardiogram effect, which is worth popularizing and applying.
