丁苯酞软胶囊联合长春西汀治疗后循环缺血性眩晕症的疗效分析

摘要
目的:探讨丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性期后循环缺血的疗效。方法:对我院特定时段内接诊的70例急性期后循环缺血患者展开研究,按照治疗措施的差异将其以1:1的比例分为2组,各35例,给予常规治疗+长春西汀治疗的为对照组,给予丁苯酞软胶囊治疗的为观察组,对比NIHSS评分、治疗前后临床神经功能缺损情况。结果:观察组NIHSS评分下降幅度大于对照组,神经功能缺损情况小于对照组,对比显著,P<0.05。结论:在急性期后循环缺血患者的临床治疗过程中给予丁苯酞软胶囊值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Butylphthalide Soft Capsules in the treatment of acute posterior circulation ischemia. Methods: 35 cases of acute posterior circulation ischemia in our hospital were studied in a specific period of time. According to the difference of the treatment measures,they were divided into 2 groups with the proportion of 1: 1. The control group was treated with conventional therapy + Vinpocetine treatment. The treatment group was treated with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules,compared with the NIHSS score and the clinical God before and after treatment. After functional defect. Results: the NIHSS score of the observation group decreased more than that of the control group,and the neurological deficit was less than that of the control group,with a significant difference( P<0.05). Conclusion: Butylphthalide Soft Capsules is worth promoting in the clinical treatment of patients with acute posterior circulation ischemia.
