摘要
目前牵拉成骨技术是骨骼延长和骨骼重建手术的核心技术之一,被广泛应用于临床,骨延长治疗使用外固定架固定,需要多个环节且治疗周期相对较长,传统的影像学评估方法是X射线片,但其无法对牵拉早期的新生组织显像,超声多模态技术可以更早期、更精准的观测截骨端骨痂形成的各个阶段,监测截骨端的血运状况,观测截骨区域及附近软组织生长情况,指导牵拉过程的速度,调节牵拉成骨的张力,发现牵拉过程中的并发症。本文将对近年来超声监测骨延长过程中的研究热点进行综述,为今后的临床治疗提供借鉴。
