摘要
以汽车桥壳用热轧卷板为试验钢,对比分析不同的钛含量,对汽车桥壳用热轧卷板的力学性能和夏比冲击功的影响,结果表明,钛含量在0.05%以上,继续增加钛含量时,卷板的屈服和抗拉强度效果减弱,但伸长率下降趋势比较明显;随着钛含量的增加,卷板的冲击性能出现下降现象,但从0℃到-40℃冲击功变化不大,一直到-60℃下降明显,但仍具有较好的低温冲击韧性。
Based on the automobile axle housing steel for test,comparative analysis about the influence of different titanium contents on mechanical properties and the charpy impact energy of the automobile axle housing steel is carried out.The results showed that the titanium content is over 0. 05%,with the increase of titanium content,the yield strength and tensile strength of the steel is abate,but elongation decrease is more noticeable. And the charpy impact performance of the coil plate begin to decline,but the change of impact energy from 0 ℃ to 40 ℃ is not big,down to-60 ℃ is significantly,but it still has a good low temperature impact toughness.
